Muscle Up

This is perhaps the most well-known calisthenics move, and one that everyone wants to master. Achieving your first muscle up is a real badge of honour but it also has practical significance as it opens up a whole new world of possibilities, taking you above the bar and beyond.

When done with strict form it is a supreme test of strength, but the key to being able to perform muscle ups for reps is to use momentum.
