October 26-27th CALISTHENICS CERTIFICATIONS  brings the hype back to the FITNESS SHOW for the last show of 2019. ​

Our arena welcomes Australia finest back for one last indoor meet up before we take comps outside for the summer., home equipment and huge public play area, will be fully packed with performance and demos from the best freestyle athletes and instructors in the world.

The infamous IAMBARFIT challenge will be back and harder than ever to show the world just how hard our athletes push themselves.

Max total wins 

Athletes will go head to head and restrest between each element but each attempt is in one. No stopping.

 

Freestyle 

 

1on1 knockout battles

3 x 45 second runs 

Winner goes through to next battle

 

Fitness

 

Killer set including dynamics and static’s 

Fastest time wins
